The following information applies to bookings and inquiries at Hotel Hochsteg-Gütl.

Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from the agreed time.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by the agreed time.

Bookings can be made directly through our booking system or via inquiry.

After receiving your booking or inquiry, you will receive a confirmation with all relevant details.

Payment terms are agreed individually as part of the booking or inquiry process.

The cancellation terms provided at the time of booking apply.

We recommend taking out travel insurance.

The provisions of Austrian hotel contract law apply.
