Kripperlroas

During the Christmas season, many families open their homes to share lovingly crafted nativity scenes. This tradition brings together craftsmanship, faith and community.

The Glöcklerlauf

The Glöcklerlauf on January 5th is one of the most well-known customs in Ebensee. Groups move through the village wearing elaborately lit headpieces, symbolically driving away the darkness of winter.
