Booking & Cancellation Terms
General Information
The following information applies to bookings and enquiries at Hotel Hochsteg-Gütl.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from the agreed time.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by the
agreed time.
Booking
Bookings can be made directly through our booking system or by submitting an enquiry.
After receiving your booking or enquiry, we will send you a confirmation containing all relevant details.
Payment
Payment arrangements are agreed individually as part of the booking or enquiry process.
Cancellation Terms
The accommodation agreement may be cancelled free of charge by the contracting party up to 30 days before the agreed date of arrival.
For cancellations made after this date, the following cancellation fees apply based on the total price of the booked stay:
- up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price of the booked stay
- up to 7 days before arrival: 80% of the total price of the booked stay
- within the final week before arrival: 100% of the total price of the booked stay
- in the event of early departure, late arrival or non-arrival (no-show): 100% of the total price of the booked stay
Where different cancellation terms are expressly stated at the time of booking, the terms specified in the respective offer or booking confirmation shall apply.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
