Terms of payment
- For general reservations, the deposit is charged upon booking.
- The remaining balance will be due upon arrival. We accept cash, debit card, Visa & Mastercard.

- Check-In: 14:00 – 17:00
- Check-Out: 08:00 – 10:00
- However if you intend on arriving later please give us a call and we can arrange a warm reception: +43 (0)6133 90 918.
- For errors of prices we reserve the right to make an adjustment and refer to the current price lists.
Possible room change
Our booking system cannot detect if a move is necessary during your stay. If this is the case, you will be informed as soon as possible after your booking is done.
Bringing Pets
- We would like to expressly point out that the bringing of pets is not permitted.
Cancellation terms
Booking cancellations made at least thirty (30) full days before the scheduled check-in date is free of charge. Outside this period, the following cancellation fees apply for each booking confirmation cancelled
- 14 days before arrival 50% of the total price
- 7 days before arrival 80% of the total price
- in the last week before arrival 100% of the total price
- early departure, late arrival or no show 100% of total package price
