Terms of payment

  • For general reservations, the deposit is charged upon booking.
  • The remaining balance will be due upon arrival. We accept cash, debit card, Visa & Mastercard.

General information

  • Due to us being a family run hotel normal check in is at 14:00, however if you intend on arriving later please give us a call and we can arrange a warm reception – +43 (0)6133 90 918.
  • On the agreed day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the room by 11:00 at the latest.
  • For errors of prices we reserve the right to make an adjustment and refer to the current price lists.

Cancellation terms

Booking cancellations made at least thirty (30) full days before the scheduled check-in date is free of charge.
Outside this period, the following cancellation fees apply for each booking confirmation cancelled

  • 14 days before arrival 50% of the total price
  • 7 days before arrival 80% of the total price
  • in the last week before arrival 100% of the total price
  • early departure, late arrival or no show 100% of total package price
